Over the past two days, the JGL Pharmacy museum hosted the second international forum “Hygeia Legacy”, an educational and professional event realized in cooperation with the Spanish association Aromas Itinerarium Salutis, the Rijeka City Tourist Board, and with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Media, the University of Rijeka, the City of Rijeka and the Museum of the City of Rijeka.

This significant gathering brought together experts in the history of pharmacy, museology, tourism and medicinal plants from as many as 11 European countries, all within the project “European Route of Historic Pharmacies and Gardens of Medicinal Plants” which is in the process of applying for a Council of Europe cultural route certificate.

In addition to extremely interesting and educational lectures, as well as arranging future collaborations, a tour of Rijeka and the Museum of the City of Rijeka was organized for our dear guests, for which we especially thank the Rijeka City Tourist Board and the Museum of the City of Rijeka.
